Collectible year-1 Eric Johnson signature strat finished in 2 Tone Sunburst - one of the first 500 to ever be made

It is in very good condition, with minor blemishes which you'd have to closely inspect to find (exaggerated on our photos under direct studio lighting). The traditional 'sticky' gloss neck has been professionally sanded to provide a smoother, faster, and more luxurious feeling playing experience similar to a Custom Shop relic.

Everything on this strat has been developed to Johnsons own detailed specs – all the way down to the headstock angle. It features a lightweight Alder body, combined with a quartersawn Maple neck with comfortable soft-v profile, 12” radius fingerboard, 1 ply pickguard, special engraved neck plate, vintage style staggered tuners and an American Vintage synchronised trem. . It benefits from a recent Stainless Steel jumbo refret and a backplate has been added for a more traditional look.

Tone-wise you get 3x superb sounding single coil pickups that have been wound to Johnson's specifications and a 5 way selector for versatility. It's recently been set-up and plays beautifully - it comes complete with its original premium hardshell case, paperwork, trem arm and candy as pictured.
