This 2022 Gibson LG-2 Banner 1942 has got the deep/warm old Gibson thing going on! Check out the included demo video.

I’ve had a couple examples of this model before. It’s got a great, midrange-forward, punchy sound. The top is made of thermally aged Adirondack (red) spruce, so it has a warmer, more “broken-in” tone than new non-aged guitars. The back and sides are mahogany. The guitar also features a compound dovetail hide-glue neck joint, nitrocellulose finish, and Golden Age tuners. It was purchased new from Sweetwater a couple years ago. There is minor surface crazing, a tiny indentation on the top, a small scratch on the back, and a bit of discoloration on the nut, but there are no structural issues whatsoever, and I would deem it to be in EXC condition! It’s a great player that has nice power and responsiveness.
