The Radial Bassbone V2 is a professional bass preamp and direct box designed to improve bass tone, manage multiple instruments, and provide a high-quality signal to a PA system, mixing console, or recording interface.

It combines two independent input channels, flexible tone shaping, a clean boost, an effects loop, and a balanced XLR direct output in one rugged pedal.

3. Piezo pickup support

Channel B includes a high-impedance PZB circuit designed for passive piezo pickups. This is particularly useful for upright basses and acoustic instruments, helping preserve their natural sound and improve signal strength.

4. Boost and mute functions

• A footswitchable boost provides up to 12 dB of additional level for solos and prominent passages.
• The boost footswitch can alternatively be configured as a mute for silent tuning or instrument changes.

5. Effects loop

Connect external effects pedals and blend processed sound with your original bass signal, maintaining a balance between effects and your natural tone.

6. Professional DI output

The balanced XLR output sends your bass signal directly to a PA system, mixing console, or recording interface. Ground-lift and polarity-reversal switches provide additional control over hum and phase issues.

A separate ¼-inch output connects to your bass amplifier, and a dedicated tuner output makes tuning convenient.
