Marshall JMP-1 Tube MIDI Preamplifier (Used)Bring the legendary 90s rackmount tone back to your rig with the Marshall JMP-1. A staple for touring professionals and studio guitarists alike, this all-tube MIDI preamplifier delivers everything from pristine, glassy cleans to searing, high-gain Marshall crunch that defined an entire decade of rock and metal.
Whether you are building a vintage rack setup or looking to inject authentic valve warmth into a modern power amp and cab simulation rig, the JMP-1 delivers unmatched versatility.
Powered by dual 12AX7 tubes for genuine valve warmth, touch sensitivity, and harmonic richness.

Two Distinct Channels:

• Clean: Ranging from warm, sparkling cleans to a bluesy, tube-pushed edge-of-breakup.
• Overdrive: Divided into OD1 (classic Marshall crunch) and OD2 (modern, singing high-gain saturation).

MIDI Control: Instantly store, recall, and switch between up to 100 patches via MIDI. Seamlessly integrate it into any modern or vintage switching system.

Routing: Features an effects loop with programmable mix levels per patch, stereo outputs, and speaker emulation for direct recording or live mixing.

Condition & Functionality

• Cosmetic Condition: Shows minor rack wear around the mounting screw holes (typical for a unit of this era), and some scratches on the chassis. The faceplate, buttons, and display remain clean and fully legible.
• Functional Condition: 100% fully tested and operational. All buttons, data encoders, and MIDI functions work smoothly.
• Tubes: Loaded with healthy tubes that deliver strong output and low noise.
