Purchased in 1972, this trombone was gently used in high school and college. After 1977 the horn was left undisturbed in its case. I started off playing trumpet and transitioned to the valve trombone for a little while before opting for the slide option.
The horn is in very good condition. Lacquer is very good, no dents on any section of the three pieces. It has a great tone. The horn doesn't look anything like its age.
I never thought about selling the horn but my wife is having back surgery in early November. The Medicare deductible is out of sight.
