Anyone familiar with Mackie knows their legendary "Built-Like-A-Tank" construction – this desk is extremely robust, offers massive headroom, and delivers a very clean, low-noise sound (Very Low Impedance design).
Whether for live bands, DJs, sub-mixes for synthesizer setups, or classic analog studio recording: the 1604's flexible routing remains unmatched to this day. The patchbay (pod) can also be rotated, allowing the mixer to sit perfectly flat on a desktop or be mounted directly into a 19-inch rack.
