This Yamaha Bobby Shew Custom Z trumpet is in fantastic shape, ready to play! It has been well kept and maintained, with occasional professional cleaning. Ships in the original Yamaha double case (holds two trumpets) with a Yamaha 3D mouthpiece. This is a light-weight, bright, brassy sounding horn that is a BLAST to play! A perfect instrument for jazz ensemble or commercial performance. Please notice the finish wear on the valve casing behind the lead pipe-- the typical thumb position. This is the only real imperfection I can find on the horn. The bell is beautiful, the valves are in near-perfect condition (only slight internal discoloration can be seen in the photos) and the overal condition is excellent. Case has shoulder straps tucked away that can be used as a backpack. I have thoroughly enjoyed this horn, but lost the ability to play trumpet. Sad to see it go.
