The Tascam DP-008EX is a compact eight-track digital recorder designed for musicians who prefer hands-on controls over computer-based recording. It can record two sources simultaneously and play back all eight tracks, with dedicated level, pan and reverb controls that make mixing straightforward. Two built-in condenser microphones allow quick recording without additional equipment, while XLR and 1/4-inch inputs accommodate microphones, instruments and line-level sources. Additional features include phantom power, input EQ and dynamics, track editing, reverb, mastering tools, a tuner and metronome. Includes the power supply, printed manual, 32 GB microSDHC card with adapter and a protective foam-fitted hard case.
