1970s Fender Pro Reverb – Don Butler Blackface Mod – 2× Celestion Vintage 30
Asking Price: $1,250
Selling my vintage Fender Pro Reverb silverface tube amplifier, serial number A19620, believed to be from around 1974.
This amp has had a blackface modification performed by Don Butler and is loaded with two Celestion Vintage 30 speakers. It delivers classic Fender tube-amp character and is a great option for gigging musicians, recording, or anyone looking for a vintage Fender combo.
Features:
- Vintage Fender Pro Reverb silverface combo
- Blackface modification by Don Butler
- Two Celestion Vintage 30 speakers
- Tube-driven spring reverb and vibrato
- Classic 2×12 configuration
- Original Fender cabinet and control panel
The amp is in good vintage condition, with cosmetic wear consistent with its age. The reverb and vibrato appear to function correctly with a compatible two-button footswitch. The original footswitch may have an intermittent issue and is not being represented as fully functional.
A great vintage Fender amp with a notable modification by Don Butler and upgraded speakers.
Asking $1,250. Local pickup only. Serious inquiries welcome.
