Original, 1981 not the reissue, so it‘s made in the USA, has the ash body, and Seth Lover Humbuckers.
Beautiful guitar in very good condition, but being 45 years old, does show signs of use.
Includes original formed plastic case. Switches and knobs work as they should. Could use a set-up, but even brand new, off the shelf guitars, often do. sounds incredible, and plays well, but the B string frets out at the 14th fret when bended.
The Lead III is an underrated, one-year, only model, and it’s kinda a shame, because they truly are great guitars (much much better than the Bullets, that came out after). Often available at a lower price point than other “higher-end” models of the same era.
I forgot what the switches do, but I believe it’s for series/parallel, or coil splitting, and of course the three way, normal switch.
Those interested in the weight, I don’t have an accurate scale, but being the ash body, it’s on the heavier side.
Shipped to the USA only. Thank you!!
