Fender Rhodes Super Satellite 2x12 Cabinet Shell (Empty) 1970s - Black Tolex
Our users rate Reverb
Up for sale is an original, empty vintage 1970s Fender Rhodes Super Satellite 2x12 master speaker cabinet shell. This is a fantastic donor or replacement shell if your current Satellite or Suitcase cabinet has structural wood rot, water damage, or severe warping.
What's Included:
* Original wooden 2x12 cabinet shell & speaker baffle.
* Two original black top-side carrying strap handles.
* Four original chrome glides/feet on the bottom.
* Note: This is the empty shell only. No speakers, power supply, or control amplifier circuitry are included.
Construction details:
* Structure: Structurally rock-solid and completely sound. No loose joints or structural wood damage.
* Tolex & Grill cloth: The front grille cloth has a 3-4" tear and will likely need to be replaced if you want a mint look. The Tolex on the bottom side shows typical gig wear from being moved around over the last 50+ years, but the top and sides are in good shape considering its age.
Great restoration piece to bring your Rhodes setup back to life.
Local pickup only due to size/weight.
