This Hugo 2 works as it should. I do not have the remote, the remote is not included. Comes with original micro usb to usb-A cable. I use my macbook charger to charge the Hugo 2. A strong charger works well. I get about 6-5 hours on battery with a full charge. Most of the time it’s permanently connected to a charger. There are a few scuffs on the face (pictured) from traveling but does not affect the function. Original box, manual, and cables are included.
Thanks
