The 1994 Gibson Chet Atkins CE. Gibson's solid (chambered) body nylon/classical guitar. • Body Construction: Solid mahogany back and sides with a spruce top and a slim, wide D-shape mahogany neck.
• Fingerboard: Rosewood (differing from the CEC model, which featured an ebony fretboard).
• Electronics: Individual PZO-crystal under-saddle piezo pickups for each string tied to an active onboard preamp with volume and tone controls.
• Playability: Features a narrower nut width than a traditional classical guitar, making it comfortable for steel-string or electric players to transition to nylon strings.
This is a fantastic guitar in very good used condition. No big dings, cracks, crazing, etc. Only the slightest signs of normal use. Comes with a slightly too deep case so there's a bunny pillow in the body cavity of the case.
