[Features]
The YCL-650 is a professional clarinet that generously incorporates the design philosophy of Yamaha's custom models; its barrel, bell, and tone holes closely follow the higher-end Custom SE-V. It has the warm, mellow tone of a grenadilla body while responding firmly to the air you put in and projecting far.

White leather pads, with excellent airtightness and durability, carry the airflow efficiently to the bell. The keywork is designed with touch in mind, including long E/B levers, C#/G# keys, and an adjustable thumb rest with strap ring, reducing stress while playing. A fully capable instrument both as a step-up for students and as a long-term horn for adult players.

This 2023 example has seen little use and needs no immediate servicing. The new street price is about 280,000 yen; this one costs over 100,000 yen less. The original mouthpiece is not included, but the difference leaves plenty of room to choose a mouthpiece that suits you.
