This listing is for a JHS Coyote octave fuzz pedal, serial number #05714766. It was purchased upon release on May 31st, 2026, delivered by USPS on June 10th, 2026, and integrated to my pedal board immediately. It has been played in a studio environment only.
The Coyote is a recreation of a rare pedal called the Moonrock, by the late G.S. Wyllie. I've enjoyed it for its peculiar textures, provided through its three "effects:" swell, fuzz, and octave.
I have the box. And the shredded paper packing. And the ephemera.
It's time to get someone else to include it into their own sound palettes.
The good folks at JHS have published two main videos about the Coyote, the full length release video, and the quick start guide. I've included the latter in this listing to give you an idea of the tonal palette you'll get access to.
