Roland SPH-323 Vintage Analog Phase Shifter Rackmount Dual LFO w/Step-down trans
Vintage Roland SPH-323 rackmount phase shifter with switchable 4-stage and 8-stage phasing. The 4-stage setting gives a softer sweep, while 8-stage delivers a stronger, more pronounced effect.
The dual LFOs are where things get interesting. Each has its own rate and depth controls, so you can combine a slow sweep with faster modulation for more complex movement. Center Frequency and Resonance controls let you shape the sound further, from gentle phasing to a much more resonant sweep.
There’s a dedicated guitar input, balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4-inch connections, plus external CV inputs and normal/inverted modulation outputs. Plenty to work with, whether you’re using it with a guitar, synthesizer, or studio setup.
Serial number: 900139
Accessories
Includes the attached power cord, fitted rack ears and handles, and the pictured step-down transformer at no extra cost.
This is the Japanese 100V AC version, rated for 50/60Hz, 7W. A suitable step-down transformer is required when using it with a higher-voltage power supply. Please check the transformer’s input-voltage rating before use.
Condition
Tested and fully functional. Check out the demo video at the end of the photo gallery to hear it in action.
Good cosmetic condition for its age, with scratches, scuffs, and some paint wear on the casing, rack ears, and handles. There is some oxidation on the metal hardware and jack nuts, and one of the bottom rubber feet has a visible split.
Please see all photos for details. You’ll receive the exact unit shown.
