Up for sale is a rare vintage 1960s Barclay thinline hollowbody electric guitar, manufactured in Japan by Teisco. Finished in a rich dark walnut stain with a glossy finish, this iconic 1960s Japanese instrument comes complete with its original vintage case!
This model is prized by collectors and players alike for its dual "Spectrum" single-coil pickups—complete with stamped "Bass/Treble" covers and adjustable pole pieces—delivering authentic vintage Japanese garage, surf, and indie tones
This was actually my first-ever guitar, purchased a few years ago for around $800. It's a fantastic, head-turning instrument with tons of character, but I am paring down my collection so it can go to someone who will play and appreciate it.

IMPORTANT:
Setup & Hardware:
The current strings are rusty and will need replacing with a fresh set.
The floating bridge/bolts at the bottom of the strings need a slight adjustment—the saddles are currently a little bit separated, but other than that simple setup adjustment, everything functions properly.
