A new build and design using a 2u 19" standard rack mount enclosure housing a single channel valve EQ.  As with the classic vintage units this has the low cut and boost shelf EQ controls with some extra frequency selections.  The high boost is an inductor based "Bell" type with a bandwidth control for a sharp/broad center frequency curve.  High cut again as a shelf design

The massive difference with this unit over other similar designs is the main valve/tube high gain stage.  We are using an EF86 high gain first stage driving an ECC88 line driver circuit.  This is based and styled around the EMI REDD-47 mic and line preamps as found in many vintage consoles.   So think EMI Pultec type thing.  A very unique design offering a super warm and colorful sound
Fitted with NOS vintage valves, very high grade Vishay resistors for lowest noise floor, a toroidal power supply transformer and dedicated power supply circuit.

• Transformer balanced XLR line in/out
• Broadcast Audio grade Lundahl 600 ohm input transformer
• Custom made in England high level line output transformer - Neve Marinair styled
