Selling my vintage Japanese Greco SE600 Stratocaster.

First, I want to be completely upfront about this guitar. I believe the neck and body may have originally come from two different guitars. Both appear to be vintage Japanese-made components, but I suspect they were paired together at some point.

The one issue worth mentioning: The high E string has a tendency to slip off the edge of the fretboard while playing. The bridge appears to be slightly too wide for the neck, leaving the high E string closer to the edge than it should be. It can be annoying if you're not careful. My workaround has been to adjust the high E string saddle inward, as shown in the pictures. This helps, but doesn't completely eliminate the issue.

Now, the good stuff.

This is a seriously solid, heavy-duty instrument. The neck and body are both exceptionally well-built, and even the neck mounting screws and tremolo spring claw screws are massive. The overall construction feels incredibly sturdy. It comes with a 3 way switch instead of a 5 way switch and it comes with its own

high-mass steel block already installed.

The pickups are outstanding. I don't know what kind of pickups they are but they sound great. This guitar has plenty of character, sounds fantastic, and has served as my main instrument for approximately a year and a half.

Despite its one flaw, I've genuinely enjoyed owning and playing it. I wouldn't mind keeping it, but I could use the money right now.

I'm being completely transparent about its condition because I believe buyers deserve to know exactly what they're getting. Unfortunately, that same courtesy wasn't extended to me when I originally purchased it, lol.

Asking $350 + $150 shipping ($500 total).

Please understand the issue described above before purchasing. Other than that, it's a fantastic vintage Japanese guitar with excellent pickups, solid construction, and plenty of life left in it.

I put a link to a song recorded with this guitar. (Pardon the mediocre production) Listen to the guitar part, that's this guitar.
