This unit was recently sent directly to Empress Effects under an official service ticket to ensure peak, noise-free performance. Bench tech Michael Brown completed a comprehensive factory refresh, installing:

The faceplate graphics are crisp, and the toggle switches are rock-solid. Cosmetically, there are only minor surface finish nicks along the side casing edges from careful studio placement. The backplate has a neat handwritten inventory number from the studio (SN: 2523) and clean strips of velcro attached. Pedal only; no original box.
