I don’t like letting go of this one, but I’m thinning out the herd. For those who know, these basses are criminally underrated. They don't build 'em like this anymore.

This bass is beautiful with solid, classic, workmanship. It is in excellent condition for a nearly 50-year-old instrument. The DiMarzio single coil pickup delivers impressive growl and thump. Currently strung with Ernie Ball Extra Slinky Cobalt Flats which produce full, smooth warm tones, or one can dig in and get some snap, grind, and twang. The body is two matched thick slabs of ash, with a bold grain. The 3-piece neck features two matched pieces of maple topped with a rosewood fretboard. Frets are in great shape. The neck profile is a shallow D and feels fast. There are only a few minor dings, and even the pickguard is in great shape. There is no finish checking or cracks. Will ship in non-original, but very decent, padded gig bag.
