Vintage Kingston “Made in Japan” six-string acoustic guitar. Compact, roughly 3/4 parlor-size body with a 23″ scale, red-and-black sunburst finish, oval sound hole, white pick guard, and trapeze tailpiece. Measures approximately 36⅛″ overall, with a 13⅛″ lower bout, 9⅝″ upper bout, and 3 5/16″ body depth. Nut width is 1-3/4". Action at the 12th fret is good, at 2.75mm.
Very fun and easy to play.
This distinctive parlor-sized vintage instrument exhibits all the minor scratches and scuffs of a 50+ year old guitar. The exact model and year are unknown.
