For sale, a one-owner, well cared for, vintage 1980s AKG C451EB mic preamp that can be used with compatible AKG SDCs (small diameter capsules), it operates on 9-52VDC phantom power. This C451EB has been studio tested and is fully functional. A switchable high-pass filter on the body of the preamp toggles between flat response, 75Hz corner, and 150Hz corner frequencies. This C451EB is in very good condition, not typical of its age with a wonderful patina. The original case and an SA 30 mic clip is included in the sale.
NOTE: Some Product Specs and the "automatically inserted link" might say the preamp includes a CK1 capsule, but that is NOT correct... this sale is for the 451EB preamp body ONLY.
NOTE2: I do have a CK22, omni-directional capsule that fits this preamp body. Message me if the CK22 is something you are interested in... perhaps we can make a deal for both.
