Description: Selling a Cymatic Audio uTrack 24 multi-track recorder and interface. Please note: This unit is partially working and sold for repair or project use.
- The Fault: There is an issue with the multi-channel D-Sub outputs, which appears linked to a clocking problem—potentially a faulty DAC chip or minor board corrosion. Audio output from the D-Subs is quiet, distorted with crosstalk and essentially non functioning.
- What Does Work: The rest of the core unit functions well. The main L/R outputs play back audio, the front USB port reads drives without issue, the headphone output works properly, and the unit successfully registers in USB interface mode when connected to a Mac.
Sold without a power supply - you will need to following, which are widely available.
- Voltage: 15V DC
- Amperage: 1.0A to 1.5A (1000mA - 1500mA)
- Polarity: Center Positive (+)
- Connector Type: Standard 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel plug
