You're looking at a 2002 Taylor 355-CE 12-String Acoustic Guitar with Fishman Electronics and Original Hard Shell Case. Usually I find Taylor's too bright, and usually I find most 12-strings too inarticulate. But in the case of this 12-string that Taylor brightness is absolutely perfect. This guitar plays crisp, the sound is full without being harsh. It really shimmers beautifully, both acoustic and plugged in. It's seen a lot of stages and been part of a lot of special moments.
This lived in my parent's basement for a number of years when I didn't have space for it, and that's when it started developing cracks. It currently has two hairline cracks running from the bridge down to the lower bout. If you're willing to have the repairs done, you can get this guitar for a fabulous price.
Plays pretty well, electronics are in good shape, and the OHSC is also in great shape (still has that new guitar smell somehow!)
Pickup in NYC or Hudson Valley. Thanks for looking!
