The 2007 Ibanez ARX500 is a premium, short-lived double-cutaway solid body electric guitar model from the Ibanez Artist Series. Often distinguished by players as a Chinese-manufactured "Custom" line model due to its high-end workmanship and "J-Custom" style rounded fretwork, it was only produced between 2007 and 2009. It stands out specifically for its premium wood appointments, substituting typical plastic components like the cavity covers, truss rod cover, and knobs with real rosewood and maple equivalents
