As observed in the photos, please note the following:
1) There are some hairline surface cracks in the case and the edge molding. There is a small surface crack on the back of the body on the lower right side.
2) A wood split crack near the top of the sound hole (this crack, as can be seen in the photo) is on the right side of the frets running down to the bridge.
3) A 3/8" piece is missing on the rim edge inset. See photo.
4) Headstock is in excellent condition with a very small scratch. See photo.

6) All strings will need to be replaced. Five of the strings I did not remove.
