A killer S2 model from PRS!

Named after the Stevensville, Maryland location which serves as PRS' second US production line, the S2 range deliver an instrument with exceptional playability and performance, without the 'Core' line price tag. Finished in a striking frost green metallic, the S2 Vela features a lightweight mahogany body which is complimented by F-holes and a semi-hollow construction. The result is a wonderfully responsive instrument with tangible woodiness.. With a scale length of 25" and utilising a mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard, the S2 Vela Semi-Hollow feels familiar whilst delivering exceptional playability and great tonal response. This model features a PRS-designed DS-01 in the bridge, complimented by a Type-D single coil in the neck. A push/pull tone control greatly widens the tonal possibilities and makes the S2 Vela quite versatile across a wide array of genres and playing styles. 

Cosmetic condition is good with play wear present throughout in the form of minor dings and scratches. A chip was taken out of the fretboard at the side of the 9th fret, which has been professionally filled. There appears to a patch of discolouration on the top of the headstock. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes a gig bag.
