WORKING! Vintage 1986 Pro Co RAT Black Face – Motorola LM308N – Made in USA
Selling a genuine 1986 Pro Co RAT Black Face distortion pedal.
This is the desirable small-box, bracketed-control version from the mid-’80s, equipped with the sought-after Motorola LM308N op-amp.
Details:
1986 production
Serial: RT-050896
Made in USA
Motorola LM308N
Period CTS pots
Bracketed Distortion / Filter / Volume graphics
No LED, correct for this era
Original-style enclosure, knobs and footswitch
Honest vintage wear from decades of use
Internals appear period-correct and unmodified from inspection
This is not a modern reissue. It’s a real vintage Black Face RAT from one of the most desirable production periods.
Cosmetically it has normal scratches, edge wear and paint loss consistent with its age. I have left it exactly as-is and have not repainted or cosmetically restored it.
