The Browne Amplification Carbon 1.0 is a standalone, low-gain to medium-gain analog overdrive pedal that extracts the blue channel circuit from the popular Browne Protein Dual Overdrive. Inspired by a modified Marshall Bluesbreaker-style circuit, the Carbon offers a transparent, touch-sensitive overdrive that works well as an always-on enhancer or clean boost. Unlike many similar pedals, the Carbon 1.0 avoids internal dip switches, trimming pots, or clipping options to prevent option fatigue. It features a straightforward 3-knob layout consisting of Level (output volume), Gain (drive/saturation), and Tone (high-cut filter).
This pedal is in Excellent Condition.
