Here's a little gem! Raymond Rapozo built Concert Ukulele, with a AAA grade Koa top, with fantastic figure. It's an all Koa build, and the back and side wood grain is iridescent on this one, and the bookmatch on the top is unreal! He is rumored to have had the best stash of cured figured Koa in the Hawaiian islands at this time. Fantastic tone out of this little sucker, due largely to both the woods, and the dreadnought body profile that is his signature. The frets and fingerboard are in excellent condition, and this actually has a 'short tenor scale', which makes it a pleasure to play! Raymond isn't building Island ukes anymore, and this one is a really rare combo of woods, scale, and a just plain great build! To be honest, if it doesn't sell, I can live with that Lol.
Please note that there is a non- audible/repaired hairline crack in the back wood that is completely stable, and hard to photograph. I tried though. As you can see, it is otherwise an extremely clean specimen. Comes with the original HSC. It's a great little uke, and it's time for someone else to enjoy it as I have!
As always, I have done my absolute best to describe the condition in pics and words. All sales are final, and I ship within the continental U.S. with Reverb Safe Shipping. Lastly, I'm a guy and not a store. Feel free to reach out with questions or offers.
Cheers!
