The Fender American Professional Jazzmaster pairs the classic offset format with updated electronics and hardware built around a broader range of pickup and tremolo options. This version combines an alder body in 3-Color Sunburst with a rosewood fingerboard, four-ply tortoiseshell pickguard, and aged white Witch Hat controls.

The maple Deep “C” neck features rolled fingerboard edges and a newly sculpted heel for easier upper-register access. Fender’s “Super-Natural” satin urethane finish is applied to the back of the neck, with gloss urethane on the headstock face. The rosewood fingerboard has a 9.5" radius, 22 Narrow Tall frets, white dot inlays, and a 1.685" bone nut.

Two V-Mod III Jazzmaster single-coils are paired with a three-position pickup toggle and separate lead and rhythm control configurations. Engaging the rhythm circuit places both pickups in series for increased output and routes them through dedicated thumbwheel volume and tone controls. A push-push function on the lead tone control taps the bridge pickup for a lower-output vintage voicing.

The Panorama Jazzmaster tremolo expands the available pitch range while retaining the expressive vibrato associated with the design. A pop-in tremolo arm and ClassicGear J-Bridge are paired with staggered Fender Standard tuning machines and an asymmetrical Micro-Tilt neck plate.
