Original MXR six band EQ.
As made famous by Eddie Van Halen. This one has an 1/8" 9 volt plug on the side.
Here is some copy from the original catalog:
"The Six Band Graphic Equalizer is designed for modification of tonal response over a frequency range of 100Hz to 3.2 kHz. It features six bands (each spaced one octave apart) with boost and cut of 18dB on each band."
Works perfectly and sounds great.
