Note: I glued a small piece of cork on top of the bis key to improve ergonomics for my hands. You'll see it in the photos. If you have big hands this will help. Otherwise you can just pull it off.

If you're looking at new Yanagisawa horns from Japan, be warned that they do not come set up from the factory. They will leak and you spend hundreds getting them sorted. Consider that when thinking of the price of one directly from Yanagisawa.
