Up for sale is a classic UK-made 2004 Marshall JCM2000 Dual Super Lead (DSL 100) 100-watt valve head.

The DSL 100 is widely regarded as one of the best high-gain tube amps Marshall ever produced, featuring two distinct foot-switchable channels (Classic Gain and Ultra Gain) with individual Reverb controls, Tone Shift, and Deep switches.

Fully functional and in very good cosmetic condition for a 2004 gigged head. Clean front panel, fitted with new handle, and shows light cosmetic tolex scuffs as pictured

Provenance & History: This amp has real UK rock pedigree—it was my main gigging head when supporting bands like Biffy Clyro, Hundred Reasons, and Fightstar back in the day. It has been well looked after, properly road-tested, and sounds exactly as a proper Marshall DSL 100 should.

Condition & Features:

• Operation: Fully functional across both channels and all controls. Powers up cleanly, switches properly, and packs serious volume/gain. (Not recently serviced, but works great).
• Valves: Fitted with a set of 4 x Groove Tubes EL34 power valves, delivering classic British punch and crunch.
• Upgrades: Fitted with a brand-new top carry handle for secure transport.
• Cosmetics: Very good, honest condition for a 20-year-old gigging head. Front gold faceplate and grill cloth are very clean. Tolex shows typical minor scuffs and a couple of small surface nicks on the top/sides (see close-up photos).
• Serial Number: Original build sticker is present on the rear panel (partially overlaid by the original retail shop price tag, but serial is legible).
