Denon DP-3000 Turntable in DK-100 Plinth with AT-1009 Arm – 120V

This is a custom Denon DP-3000 build, not a factory package. The DP-3000 direct-drive motor sits in a genuine Denon DK-100 plinth with an Audio-Technica AT-1009 tonearm, a Micro Seiki arm lifter, and an Empire cartridge with a new OEM Empire stylus on an Audio-Technica headshell. The AT-1009 takes removable headshells, so you can try other cartridges too. It runs at 33 and 45 and doesn’t come with a dust cover.

Audio-Technica AT-1009 Tonearm

The turntable is fitted with an Audio-Technica AT-1009 tonearm, giving this custom build significantly more enthusiast appeal than a basic turntable configuration.

The AT-1009 provides adjustable tracking force and anti-skating and accepts removable headshells, allowing the owner to experiment with different cartridges if desired.

Micro Seiki Arm Lifter

A Micro Seiki tonearm lifter has also been installed.

This provides a useful convenience feature on an otherwise manual turntable, automatically lifting the tonearm at the end of the record when properly set.

Audio-Technica Headshell & Empire Cartridge

The tonearm is equipped with an Audio-Technica headshell and Empire cartridge.

Most importantly, the Empire cartridge is fitted with a new OEM Empire stylus, adding meaningful value compared with an unknown or generic replacement stylus.

Custom Turntable Configuration

This is a custom-built turntable rather than an original factory Denon package.

The turntable is being sold exactly as shown in the photographs. Please consider the absence of a dust cover when planning placement and storage.

Cosmetic Condition

The turntable presents very well as a custom vintage setup. As a combination of vintage components, normal minor signs of age and previous use should be expected.
