The E-II SN-3 HT FM is a precision-engineered superstrat built for players who demand speed, comfort, and tonal versatility in a single instrument. Its thin U-shaped neck with satin finish and scalloped upper frets enable effortless access to extended registers, while the flamed maple top and striking Tiger Eye Sunburst finish deliver visual impact without compromising playability.

Playability & Construction

Built in Japan at the ESP factory with bolt-on construction, this guitar features a three-piece maple neck with reverse headstock and 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, including scalloping from frets 15–22 to maximize upper-register access. The ebony fingerboard with offset mother-of-pearl dot inlays, 12" radius, and 1.653" bone nut provide comfortable fretting geometry suited to both single-note lines and chord work across the 25.5" scale.

Tone & Electronics

The H/S/S Fishman Fluence configuration pairs a Modern Humbucker in the bridge with Single Width pickups in the neck and middle positions, delivering articulate cleans and aggressive overdrive through push-pull voice selection on the tone control. This active system maintains clarity across high-gain and clean applications without battery noise or tracking issues, governed by a 3-way blade switch, 1 volume knob, and 1 tone knob.
