Very nice custom 00-18 12 Fret. Many, like Norman Blake consider the 00-12 Fret to be the ultimate design as far as tone and responsiveness a this one does not disappoint. There was not a standard 00-18 12 fret in Martins lineup since the early 30’s so these are not terribly easy to find.
Sitka top, genuine mahogany back and sides. 1 3/4” nut short scale. Full specs attached. In very good condition with minor wear but no major cracks or repairs. Action is right around 7/64” with plenty of saddle for any needed adjustments. OHSC is a bit marked up but fully functional.
