Have a beautiful 1965 fender music master II. the student model Musicmaster was released by Fender in 1956 with the aim of popularizing electric guitars.
Initially, it was the smallest model with a 22.5-inch scale and a single pickup.
Later, in 1959, it was upgraded to a rosewood fingerboard.
With the introduction of the Mustang in 1964, it adopted a common offset body design and was rebranded as the Musicmaster II the following year.
This model is a 1965 Musicmaster II manufactured during this transitional period.
It features a 22.5-inch scale, A-neck rosewood fingerboard, and 7.25-inch radius.
The simple, tremolo-free design and short scale produce a direct resonance and quick attack.
The round- laminated rosewood fingerboard offers a clear, sustained midrange
The neck has been meticulously maintained, including fret and nut replacements, and has aged well, resulting in a distinctive, appealing tone.
As a pre-CBS Fender student model, this guitar is relatively affordable.
