Up for sale is a custom set of Chris Klein pickups. The neck is an Epic '59 and the bridge is an Epic '52. I listed these pickups as Very Good condition, but to me they look Excellent or even Near Mint.
This pickup combination gives you the best of both worlds, matching a smooth, warm neck tone with classic '52 bridge twang and bite. There's audio samples over on the Klein website.
Note on the neck pickup wiring: The '59 neck pickup has a third wire added for use with a 4-way switch configuration. If you want to use with a 3-way switch the yellow wire needs to be removed and a jumper wire must be added. With 4-way wiring you can add tones like parallel and series. It's definitely the way to go.
No returns. Shipping to Continental USA only. No PO Boxes. Thanks for looking!
