Stunning 2003 Gibson Les Paul Double Cut Standard Plus. Translucent Root beer (Gibson's official color!) gloss finish on a super flamey (hence the Plus) maple cap on a nicely figured lightweight (<8lbs) mahogany body with comfortable belly cut. Gold Grover tuners and gold hardware throughout. Gibson 490R pickup at the neck and upgraded with an uncovered Gibson Dirty Fingers pickup in the bridge position...a great combination. 24 frets on a rosewood fingerboard on a tiger-striped, slim-taper profile mahogany neck. The distinguishing feature of this guitar is obviously the double cutaway giving easier access to the higher frets. Basically, this guitar might be seen as the perfect love child between a Les Paul and a PRS...the best of both worlds! Comes with original Gibson hardshell case. Professionally set up with 10s and perfect low action. Local sale preferred but will safely ship within ConUS. Not interested in trades.
