Fender Squire Stratocaster - Made in Japan - 1987 w/ Hard Case

Introducing this Squier Stratocaster from Fender's coveted Japanese factory. Fender started production in Japan to produce instruments that were more affordable for players than their USA models; their 1980's "Made in Japan" models are sought after for their premium quality and consistency. This Strat features upgraded Mojotone pickups and a tremol-no system, giving the option to dive or hold steady. The maple neck is comfortable, familiar, and has great sustain.

This guitar is in excellent condition and comes with a hard case, along with quite a bit of case candy (a pickguard, a couple pickup sets, the backplate etc.). The front looks great, in the right light there's a small dent in the top, as pictured. There's some small marks on the side of the right bout. There's also some small dents on the back. The frets have plenty of life left in them. More photos are available upon request. This guitar has been thoroughly inspected and has received a pro setup by our expert tech.
