At almost 80 years old, this guitar is an absolute gem. It is in very good condition. Has cosmetic blemishes such as buckle rash, some minor scratches and dings. Plays beautifully though! Essentially no fret buzz, all notes ring out with clear resonance. Only other main thing to note is that it is missing one bridge pin.
