Up for sale is a breathtaking Custom Shop piece from the 2020 Time Machine series—a Fender Custom Shop '70 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic / Closet Classic in a stunning Faded 3-Color Sunburst nitrocellulose lacquer finish over a 2-piece select alder body.
This guitar features a factory Journeyman Relic treatment with light lacquer checking throughout that gives it an authentic, broken-in vintage vibe. Photos truly don’t do the detailed checking justice—it looks even better in person!
Built with hand-wound Custom Shop pickups, a Rift Sawn Maple neck with a comfortable 1969 "U" profile, 9.5" radius, and 6105 narrow-tall frets, this Strat plays effortlessly with thick sustain and glassy, bell-like tone.
