The 2010 Taylor 310ce w/ ES1 Electronics is an all-solid-wood cutaway dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar. As part of Taylor’s 300 series, it serves as an entry point into Taylor's US-made solid tonewood line, combining traditional dreadnought power and volume with clear trebles and responsive playability.
Overview & Tone Profile
Tonewood Pairings: The solid Sitka spruce top offers strong projection, wide dynamic range, and crisp articulation. The solid Sapele back and sides deliver a warm, punchy midrange and bright high-end response similar to African mahogany.
Body Design: Featuring a traditional dreadnought body paired with a Venetian cutaway, it provides strong bass response for flatpicking and strumming while allowing easy access to higher frets.
Neck & Construction: Built with Taylor's bolt-on NT neck design and a standard 1-3/4" nut width, offering consistent neck alignment, low action, and smooth fretwork across the ebony fingerboard.
This guitar has been sitting in a home studio for 15 years. It is in perfect condition with the exception of two tiny dings in the coating.
