A rare and very cool Japanese vintage bass with classic Mosrite-inspired styling. Morales instruments were produced in Japan and are well known for their Mosrite-inspired guitars and basses.
The bass is in genuine vintage condition with scratches, dings, finish wear and other signs of age and use. Please study the photos carefully for an accurate representation of the condition.
The bass is playable and both pickups work. There are a few age-related issues with the electronics: the pickup selector can occasionally be intermittent, there is some crackling from the output jack, and the tone control works but can slip if turned too hard.
I have not attempted to adjust the truss rod.
