Dreadbox Erebus Reissue: Desktop 2-Voice Paraphonic Analog Synthesizer (Grey)

The Erebus is Dreadbox's best-known analog synth, reissued with a warmer, snappier sound than the original. It has two analog oscillators, Dreadbox's classic low-pass filter, a lo-fi delay and a patch bay. It works as a standalone desktop synth or as a 42HP Eurorack module.

Highlights

• Fully analog signal path
• 2 VCOs with 2 waveforms each, played paraphonically, plus a hard sync function
• Separate glide controls for each VCO
• Classic 2-pole Dreadbox low-pass filter with pre-filtering
• ADSR envelope and a faster AR amp envelope
• Lo-fi delay effect and a wide-range LFO
• 18 patch points, with CV inputs for Osc1, Osc2, Echo, Cutoff, Gate, LFO Rate, PW and VCA, and outputs for envelope, LFO, mod wheel, gate, CV1 and CV2
• MIDI input via DIN (adapter to 3.5 mm)
• USB-powered, using about 1.5 watts
• Eurorack-compatible at 42HP
