I bought this GX-100 new for use in my home music room. It has never been gigged, taken to rehearsal, or used outside the house. It has spent its life on a carpeted floor and has only been operated in socks.

I have played through it and checked the touchscreen, controls, footswitches, LED indicators, tuner, menus, and Bluetooth connection, and I have found no functional issues.

The optional BOSS BT-DUAL Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor is installed and included. I bought the BT-DUAL separately and have used it successfully to transfer patches to the GX-100. Photos show the adapter installed, powered, and recognized by the GX-100.

I have used the GX-100 very little. I bought it expecting it to replace my older BOSS GT-10, but I ultimately prefer the feel and response of the GT-10 for the way I play, so the GX-100 never saw much use.

I have loaded several additional user patches. Some of the patches shown in the photos are not factory presets, including Jack Gardiner’s “Skyblue Pink” patch and several other artist-oriented/user patches.

Cosmetically, the unit is extremely clean overall. There is a small scratch/mark along the front edge from my rolling chair contacting it while it was under my desk. I have photographed that area closely rather than trying to hide it. I have also photographed the underside, rear panel, controls, display, expression pedal, and other exterior surfaces so the condition of the actual unit can be judged directly.
