Wes Audio _Prometheus NG500 Analog Passive Equalizer

WesAudio's _Prometheus is a fully analog passive equalizer with digital recall for 500-series racks. The _Prometheus offers classic Pultec-style warmth from a passive, inductor-based design with +24dBu of headroom. The low section allows both boosting and cutting at 20Hz, 30Hz, 60Hz, 100Hz, 120Hz, or 250Hz, with boost and cut available at the same time. The high boost section covers 2kHz to 16kHz with adjustable bandwidth, and the high cut section offers attenuation at 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, or 20kHz. A post-EQ output control allows level adjustment after EQ processing, and a proprietary THD circuit with Medium and High settings adds harmonic richness on demand.

The _Prometheus operates in stereo, dual mono, and mid/side modes, and is controlled via a VST2, VST3, AU, AAX, and AAX DSP plugin for instant recall within your DAW. A stereo plugin manages all modes of operation, while two mono plugin instances can connect to the same unit to control each channel independently. The unit connects via its front-panel USB socket or through the WesAudio _TITAN chassis. Additional features include six touch-sensitive encoders for recording automation, hardware A/B for quick comparisons, input and output metering with clip detection, and true bypass. Please note that the _Prometheus is a double-wide module and requires a 500-series compatible rack for power.
