This Martin D-42 was made in 1995. It is in excellent condition with some shallow scratches and indentations which are hardly noticeable. It has a beautifully aged silky spruce top. You can see the closeness of the grain in the pictures. The action is not the lowest,(.11" low E and .09" high E at the 12th) but there is a little bit of meat on the saddle. I have it strung with Custom lights so it's relatively easy to play. It's a wonderful sounding guitar. I think the forward scalloped bracing really makes a difference.
Will ship in it's original Martin case (note the sicker remnants that I couldn't remove).
